FACT: The Liberal Media Investigated Ken Bone More Than Wikileaks

FACT: The Liberal Media Investigated Ken Bone More Than Wikileaks

The New York Times, Washington Post and Associated Press each wrote stories this week about the unseemly online comments from an undecided voter, but have still not written anything about Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta's uncovered email that referred to "needy Latinos." Ken Bone became famous over the past week for standing up at the second presidential debate to ask a policy question in a gaudy red sweater. His harmless demeanor and remarkable choice in clothing lead to a series of national media interviews and even some online sponsorships that earned him some money.

But the fame was short-lived. On Wednesday, after agreeing to an interview with users at the popular Web forum Reddit, online blogs discovered that he made some past comments on the site that did not reflect well on him.

In one comment, he had said he liked looking at the leaked nude photos of actress Jennifer Lawrence. In another, he admitted to defrauding an auto insurance company so that he could work as a pizza delivery driver.

OPINION: WikiLeaks Confirms The Worst About Liberal Elites In America

OPINION: WikiLeaks Confirms The Worst About Liberal Elites In America

“On another matter, do you think it’s weird that of the 15 finalists in Miss America, 10 came from the 11 states of the CSA [Confederate States of America]?” -WikiLeak e-mail from Clinton campaign chair John Podesta on Sept. 13, 2015 Should we think an accumulation of Southern belles in a beauty contest to be weird or somehow vaguely sinister?

Is the arcane spike in Dixie’s female pulchritude cause for alarm? Or is it only because enlightened Northern liberals aren’t watching these spectacles anymore so the contest has been fixed to appease the hillbillies who provide the audience? We should not attribute any burst of perspicacity in Podesta’s startling correlation between the Confederacy and the Miss America contests.

They only seem to be the conspiratorial meanderings of America’s paramount backroom political operative. Instead of worrying about Obama’s detention camps and the accreting threat from the UN to control the internet, liberals create their own obsessions.

We have learned a great deal about both Clinton and her faithful paladin Podesta from his daily e-mail emissions:  of the extent of their ambition and the reach of their power; of their financial and political influence. Podesta carefully catalogs Clinton’s shortcomings, including a profound dislike of the the common folk she plays to and claims to represent.  Yet he retains his overriding ambition to have Hillary Clinton elected as president of these United States even if he frankly admits not knowing what in Hades she wants to achieve as president.

Chris Matthews: Wikileaks Emails Shows ‘Intelligence’ of Clinton Campaign

Chris Matthews: Wikileaks Emails Shows ‘Intelligence’ of Clinton Campaign

Somehow trying to spin the Wikileaks document dumps from the e-mail account of Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta as a positive, MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews ruled on Thursday night that “what I found great about it from the Clinton side was the intelligence of the people inside” in their self-evaluation of their candidate’s messaging. Teaming with Boston Globe reporter and guest Annie Linskey, the pair touted some of the e-mails as a “very affirming” “learning device” in how campaigns work (translation: they’re doing and saying the same things I’d be saying if I worked for Hillary). Matthews first noted that the campaign has predictably refused to acknowledge the authenticity of the e-mails before gushing about what the e-mails show: “But what I found great about it from the Clinton side was the intelligence of the people inside. They're asking the questions that everybody on the outside’s been asking like where's the coherent message?”

CNN Caught Prompting Focus Group

CNN Caught Prompting Focus Group

CNN was caught manipulating its focus group consisting of undecided Ohio voters during Sunday night’s debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.

“America is great, because we are good,” prompted the whispering CNN host to a focus group member seconds before going live on air.

Once on air the host asked a focus group member what she thought about Hillary Clinton’s feelings on the state of America.

“Alright, so I want to ask you, what was it about Hillary Clinton’s argument that resonated with you, following Donald Trump defense of the video?”
